The Hemp Industry Trade Association of Arizona (HITA-AZ), the state’s first hemp-specific, non-governmental agricultural organization, will host a regular monthly networking event Thursday, May 23rd, from 5 to 8 p.m., at Modern Grove Views at OdySea in the Desert, located at < a href=" https://goo.gl/maps/ixL422wULonscM188" target=" _ blank "rel=" noopener
noreferrer” > 9500 East Vía de Ventura in Scottsdale. Open to the general public, the meeting will consist of a speaker panel with market experts and members of the Arizona Department of Farming.
Co-founded by hemp professionals Sully Sullivan, Laura Franklin and Danielle Sedgwick, HITA-AZ debuted to a standing room only crowd of more than 350 agricultural experts, business leaders and business owners on April 11th.
” We’re here to honor Arizona’s abundant farming history while also supporting its future in the burgeoning hemp market,” said Sullivan. “We are devoted to helping Arizona’s higher farming community make it through and thrive.”
