On Saturday, January 20 over 45 previous athletes and alternative health specialists converge at Starfire Golf Club in Scottsdale for a day long event focused on wellness without using opioids and the numerous natural benefits of marijuana as an alternative to addictive and hazardous medications. Taking part professional athletes consist of former two-time Super Bowl champ Jim McMahon, former Arizona Cardinal running back Damien Anderson, NFL defensive end and Super Bowl champ Marvin Washington, eight-time Pro Bowl selection and Football Hall of Popularity honoree Chris Doleman and, simply announced, four-time NBA champ John Salley.
