Sol Flower dispensary in Sun City is hosting a CBD cooking class on Saturday, Sept 14. The event is open to the public. Chef and accredited nutritionist Teresa Hansen will be teaching participants how to include cannabidiol (CBD) into day-to-day cooking. CBD is the second most common of the active components in cannabis (cannabis). It is non-psychoactive and uses many health advantages, such as reduced inflammation and stress relief.

” The Sol Flower vision is to empower wellness for all,” mentioned Director of Patient Providers, Jane Repair. “At our Sun City location, residents can access resources on healthcare alternatives, interact with medical cannabis specialists, and take part in exercises such as yoga, meditation, and even cooking with CBD classes.”

The mixed-use dispensary is the first-of-its-kind in Arizona to have an adjoining café and class available to the general public. The dispensary will function as a center for conscious interaction and knowledge cultivation, class curriculum consists of cannabis 101, medical marijuana for senior health, a guide to necessary oils, and more. Extra classes will focus on psychological, physical, and spiritual rejuvenation, such as yoga, debunking meditation, cooking with CBD, and mindfulness training.

The $25 Cooking with CBD class has restricted seating available. Reserve your seat at Cooking with CBD.
