Harvest Obtains New Dispensary in Arizona

 Harvest Harvest, a vertically integrated marijuana business with one of the largest and deepest footprints in the U.S., announced today the acquisition of Arizona medical marijuana dispensary Leaf Life in a deal that consists of the only marijuana dispensary in Casa Grande. Leaf Life will be transitioned to run under Harvest’s House of Marijuana stores, known for top operational standards, best-in-class experiences and products and professional teams in developing relied on, quality-driven retail stores with a focus on bettering the neighborhood.

” Arizona is the 3rd biggest medical marijuana market in the United States, yet a lot of in our communities still do not have sufficient access to dispensaries that offer the high-quality medical products and skilled personnel needed to enhance client education and treatment results,” said Harvest Executive Chairman Jason Vedadi. “Harvest is devoted to ensuring the strongest functional requirements for our industry on a nationwide scale, and we are particularly happy with this acquisition in our home state of Arizona since it allows us to further enhance patient access to premium medicinal cannabis products.”

Arizona continues to be a concern market for Harvest with large scale development projections this year. This deal will expand Harvest’s industry leading position on operating licensing rights to include more than 210 retail and processing facilities in 17 states and areas throughout the U.S. Most just recently in Arizona, Harvest opened Glendale’s first medical dispensary, and revealed a 6 license acquisition from Devine Hunter, Inc. Harvest now has rights to run as much as 18 dispensaries and cultivation/processing facilities in the state, enhancing their leadership position as the largest operator in the market.
