McCain Marijuana

Meghan McCain, the daughter of the late Arizona Senator John McCain who passed from brain cancer in August 2018, just recently revealed that she believes medical cannabis might have extended her daddy’s life.

When consulting with Ricki Lake, executive producer of the pro-marijuana documentary “Weed individuals,” McCain mentioned her frustration regarding cannabis stigmas, AZcentral.com reported. “I just want to tell you what you’re doing with this is really essential,” McCain, a co-host on ABC’s The View, informed Lake. “I’m sorry, however it angered me when my father was ill that there’s still such stigma connected.”

McCain referred to a study which shows cancer patients who were provided THC and CBD along with chemotherapy lived roughly one year longer than patients just treated with chemotherapy.

In her book, published in 2012, McCain stated that legalizing cannabis in the U.S. could benefit the economy.
